Parking Fine Appeals

New Ross Town Council provide an appeal service for motorists that believe they have valid grounds for an appeal. Appeals will only be accepted if made in writing. When making an appeal please remember the following points;

• An appeal must be submitted in writing
• Quote the Parking Fine reference number or enclose a photocopy of Parking Fine
• Please state the reasons for appeal
• Please include both your name and contact number 

An appeal may be handed in or posted to New Ross Town Council. We will notify you in writing whether your appeal has been successful.
