New Ross 800

In 2007, New Ross celebrated the 800th anniversary of the granting of a royal charter in 1207.

New Ross Town Council put together a year-long programme of events in celebration,

including a River Festival, public events and concerts. Also check Ross Tapestry which formed

part of the celebration.
